- Pet-Friendly Accommodations:
- We welcome well-behaved pets in 1.
- An additional fee of $5 will be charged per stay for guests bringing pets.

- Housekeeping:
- Daily housekeeping is included in the rental rate.
- Guests are expected to keep the property reasonably clean and report any damages promptly.

- Payment can be made via bank transfer, cash, MasterCard, and Visa.
- AÂ 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
- The remaining balance is due 15Â days before the check-in date.
- Smoking:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vacation house.
- Designated smoking areas are available Outside the house .
- A cleaning fee of $ 20 will be charged for violations of the no-smoking policy.
- Noise Control:
- Guests are expected to be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours 10:00 Pm.
- Excessive noise or disturbance may result in eviction without a refund.

- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
